Connecting data without manual work, inside and beyond your organisation

Your organisation runs on data: orders, stock, deliveries, customer records. But as long as your systems and your supply chain partners are not properly connected, that data stays trapped in separate islands: errors in orders and stock, information that arrives too late, and processes that break down the moment you scale up. We get your data moving: we connect your systems so data is entered once, is correct everywhere and flows through, from your own systems to your supply chain partners.

The manual work sits between your systems

Every department works in its own system: ERP, CRM, WMS, planning and the systems of your logistics partners. Each system does its job, but the handover between them is often still manual: someone retyping data, an Excel list doing the rounds, an email that goes missing. And where an integration already exists, it is often fragile or outdated. That costs time, causes errors in orders and stock, and you only notice when a customer calls. Because your data is fragmented, you also get less value out of it for the business: no reliable overview to steer on and a shaky foundation for analytics and AI.

The moment you connect a large retailer, supplier or 3PL, that way of working breaks down. The volumes no longer fit a manual process, and large supply chain partners only work with suppliers that can exchange data reliably and automatically. Those that cannot lose the deal to a supplier that can. The EU Data Act, which from 12 September 2026 requires access to data by design, only reinforces that.

Integration is no longer a wish from IT, it is a condition for staying in business.

One reliable data flow instead of dozens of separate integrations

Paula's Choice grew from an online beauty brand into a supplier to major European retailers. The manual, email-driven order process could no longer keep up with those volumes. Together with Nalta, the brand moved its trusted EDI technology to the cloud on the Boomi Enterprise Platform, with a direct connection between the retail partner, the 3PL warehouse and NetSuite. Today 150 stores order weekly via EDI, where orders previously came in manually by email. The integrations were live in time for the holiday season and the case earned a nomination for the Dutch IT-channel Award As-a-Service Innovator of the Year.

Nalta is a Boomi partner and previously won the Boomi Global Emerging Technology Award. We work vendor-neutral: we choose the platform that fits your landscape, not our revenue model.

Paulas Choice B-roll

Data that is correct, every time

Orders, stock and deliveries come in once and flow through automatically, so every system works with the same, correct data.

New partners connected in weeks

Connecting a retailer, supplier or logistics partner becomes a repeatable action instead of a project that takes months.

Visibility into what goes wrong

Every integration can be monitored, so you see a disruption in the chain before your customer reports it.

Proof from the supply chain, not from a brochure

We make your internal systems speak the same language and connect your supply chain partners without errors. We do that with data integration: a mix of low-code integration on the Boomi Enterprise Platform and custom pro-code work where the situation calls for it. Where processes need to respond to each other immediately, we use event-driven architecture: your stock updates the moment an order comes in, not after the overnight batch.

We start small and concrete: one data flow that hurts today, for example order processing towards your largest customer. That goes live in weeks and delivers proof straight away. From there, connecting the next partner becomes a standard action. We do not sell licences and we do not build dependency, you keep ownership of the integrations and of the outcome.

Boomi is een toonaangevend iPaaS platform waarmee u applicaties, data en processen naadloos integreert, zonder zware maatwerkkoppelingen of langdurige implementaties

Veelgestelde vragen

How small can we start?

With one data flow. We pick the integration where the manual work is greatest or where a new partner is waiting, and take it live. Within weeks you see whether the approach works, and only then do you set the pace for the rest of the chain.

Do we need to replace our legacy ERP before integration makes sense?

No, it is usually the other way around. Integration takes pressure off the core: you pull data out of the old system and let processes run around it, without touching the core itself. That delivers results quickly and keeps the door open to untangle functionality step by step later. Replacing everything in one go is rarely necessary and almost never wise.

What does an integration cost and how quickly is it live?

That depends on the integration, but we work with clearly scoped starting points instead of projects that run for months. One concrete data flow is usually live within a few weeks. In the conversation you get an honest estimate of lead time and cost, with no licences or obligations.

We have worked with EDI for years. Can that stay?

Yes. EDI is exactly the language your retailers and logistics partners speak, so there is little to improve there. What does change is where it runs and how manageable it is. At Paula's Choice we moved the existing EDI messages to a modern cloud platform, which let us focus on the content of the messages instead of rebuilding integrations.

Do you always choose Boomi?

No. Boomi is strong for low-code integration and EDI and we have a lot of experience with it, but it is not a standard answer. For complex logic or specific performance requirements we build in pro-code, and where processes need to respond to each other immediately we choose event-driven. We do not sell licences, so the choice is about your landscape.
